Pricing Policy

Products: Prices are subject to change without notice. Postage and packaging is added to each order. All prices are in Australian dollars - AUD$. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make such changes. If there is a price increase in an item you order, we will notify you prior to filling your order. The same policy applies to typographical errors.

Postage within Australia: All orders are sent by Australia Post. Orders are calculated by weight, and the cost added to your order.

International Postage: All orders are sent economy mail (allow 3-4 weeks), for airmail (3-10 days) for postage of orders - this is in addition to the 1 week packaging and handling by Brush Stroke Craft. All applicable duty, customs, taxes are to be paid by customer. International orders are calculated by weight, and the cost added to your order.

Refund Policy

If not completely satisfied please return goods, with all the original pieces and packaging in original condition in which they were delivered, within 30 day of purchase. Enclose original Tax Invoice if possible. Postage & handling charges are not refundable. Return postage must already have been paid or will be deducted from refund amount. Damaged or missing product claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
